This Sheng Pureh teacake is blended from the wild old-tree tea leaves from the two most famous Pureh mountains, Bulang and DaXue. It was fermented and dry stored for five years. So, its flavor and texture have evolved and emerged the best of these two mountains. With a soft and silky texture and a deep and peculiar aroma, this blended Sheng has a low irritating taste but a long-lasting huigan (sweetness).

What is "Wild Tea"?
Wild Tea grows from the primeval forest, without human's domestication and cultivation. So, it's different from artificial planting - they grow without any pesticide and fertilizer, while all nurtured by the surrounding nature and nutrients.
Da Xue mountain
Da Xue mountain is well known for its orchid scent and its mellowness flavor, as well as the vast amount of old trees that are thousands of years old. Its deep and robust tastes are evolved from these hundreds of year-olds tea trees. Located in Meng Ku town of Yunnan around 2,700 m (8858 ft), Da Xue has one of the highest density of ancient tea (gushu) tree areas in the world, among the discovered regions. Most of these trees are in the deep forest, making them very hard to pick and transport.
Bulang Mountain
Bulang Mountain tea is famous for its vegetal, woody, long-lasting huigan (Sweetness), a hint of bitterness, and plenty of bites, even after aging for years. It could be slight astringency during early steep, but the mellow, smooth, and rich flavor emerged in the coming steeps. Located in southern Yunnan Province, Bulang mountain is the home of the Bulang people. As one of the world's largest old tree regions, the mountain is home to many of the most notable Pureh teas, including old Ban Zhang and old Man'e tea.
